Great location. Spacious. Lots of space for a family of 5. We cooked in and ate out and made lots of trips to the pool and splash pad.

Great first OBX experience!!!
This was our first trip to the Outer Banks, and I totally get it, I get the hype. Our house was clean, bright and beautiful. The pool was great. Our kids enjoyed the slide we were 1 mile from the beach, so there’s zero complaints from us. We had a great week of JetSki’s, renting a jeep from Outer Banks jeep rental 8 miles from our condo, we got to see wild horses while driving on Corolla Beach. We had one rainy day and we did a escape room and had an absolute blast. We will definitely be back for more.

This is a wonderful place! The condo is roomy and clean, location is wonderful. It’s definitely an ideal place for people with kids. There’s plenty of public beach access points within an easy drive, so no complaints there. The pool/splash area was just as pictured and really well kept up. My two young kids (1yr & 3yr) had a blast. It’s important to note the clubhouse with pool was a short walk or drive from the condo. I thought it was right downstairs.

This place was super spacious and clean! In a very quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The pool area was very nice! I wouldn't have changed anything. If you are one who needs to be close to the pool and the ocean you may want to reconsider this place. You can walk to the pool it is quite the walk and you would need to drive to the beach, but there are plenty of public beach parking areas. But this did not bother us and we enjoyed our stay here very much!

Kees is very easy to work with and the units are great. OBX is an awesome place to live and visit. We highly recommend taking some time out to enjoy kayaking on the sound side too.

The location of the rental is perfect. Close to Publix and other convenience stores. Beach is walking distant and very close by car. Rental is clean and roomy. Our kids enjoyed the Bermuda Bay pool every day.

Beautiful and spacious!
Everything about this place was beautiful. It was quiet and intimate and comfortable. The owners did give a description of pests loving the place and that would probably be my only concern. I know it is Something beyond their control but if the room was being cleaned and prepared we didn’t expect to find the amount of giant roach carcasses we had found at the location. I have a phobia of them so I was prepared as best I could be. that is my only warning. These giant beasts love the beach! We just used the soap from master bath. I did live the complimentary sponge and dish soap for the dishes. The neighbors were also really nice in the neighborhood and I definitely recommend going to the pool! All in all, clean and cute thank you for opening your home to us! Ps.. there are wasp nests under the outdoor furniture be careful with your babies. Our toddler almost got attacked. This is not a bad review just wanting to make them aware but don’t know how else to tell them besides this

We loved our 6 days here! The unit was clean and spacious. The bed in the master bedroom is firm but comfortable. If you are used to sleeping with a ceiling fan bring a floor fan because their isn’t one in the Master Bedroom. All of the furniture was comfortable.
It is located in the middle of everything we wanted to do, the unit/building was quiet, and the people that live their were very friendly. The pool, which is awesome, was open and the chairs and tables were available. Thanks to some previous reviews I knew that the unit may not pull up on GPS. If you use Google Maps don’t put the entire address in, just put Paget Rd Kill Devil Hills, NC. When you get to the traffic circle take the first right and go to the back (it’s actually the front) of the green building that’s on the left. Many people have talked about bugs. Yes, on the outside of the building there are a whole lot of bugs, however, you are right on the Sound (which is part Marsh) so that is to be expected. We never saw any bugs in the unit though. The outside hall lights on the building don’t turn off so the bugs are attracted to it. Bring bug spray and that helps. The elevator is slow but just have a little bit of patience it’ll still get you where you need to go.
Check out John’s Drive In for some really good, decently priced, seafood. Slice Pizzeria has good pizza (deep dish). American Pie Pizza and Homemade Ice Cream has great pizza and Ice Cream and The Kill Devil Grill has good fried shrimp and Key Lime Pie. Make the drive to Duck to go to Donuts On a Stick and Ice Cream. You won’t regret it!

This rental was wonderful! The location was perfect. It is so close to the beach in a very quiet area. The place was spacious and well kept. We loved our stay. The windows in the living room provided for gorgeous views of the trees and sound side of the water. A few things to note: as others have stated the building is super buggy. Bugs will dive bomb your head when you come and go from the property at night. However, there were no bugs inside the unit and it was very clean. Also, if you are cold at night, bring extra blankets. If you need more than 1 towel and don't want to do laundry, bring more towels. Bring beach towels as well. The listing says this, but it is something you don't want to forget. The kitchen had everything we needed, but could use more cooking pans. The master bed is a bit firm, but not uncomfortable. Also, we had an issue with the internet not working and KEES connected us to the IT service provider and the issue was fixed in minutes. Overall, this is a place I would 100% go back to. You cannot beat the size, the location and the price!

A great and beautiful stay!!
When we first walked through the door, we were in Awhh. It was so beautiful, Clean and spacious. I loved that it was really close to the beach, and really close to a grocery store, gas stations, and great places to eat. I highly recommend eating at hurricane moe’s! Our stay there it was for five days, and that condo/apartment was just amazing. The bathrooms in the master are so big and beautiful it’s like being at a resort. I would say the only downfall would be that the swimming area wasn’t as big as I thought. And the clubhouse was closed. But at least the pool is was open just not as big as I expected it to be

This was a beautiful area to stay in the OBX. The condo itself was clean, spacious and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom in the master was huge! The place was on the third floor and the elevator was functioning great. The pool was awesome and clean. We spent the whole day there. Bring chairs as they are not offering them due to COVID. We had access to the pier which the kids loved. We will look to stay here again in the future.

Clean and spacious!
I was very pleased with our stay. The condo was very spacious and extremely clean which is very important to me. The furnishings were great, the pool was nice, and the location was very convenient. The only negatives would be the bright lights outside of the unit attracts an insane amount of bugs at night and there is no way to turn them off. I will definitely be visiting again.

Our family of four consisting of one toddler and a 16 year old stayed here for spring break and everyone was happy! The place was very clean and quiet with nice comfortable decor. There was a lot of natural light with all the windows. The building itself is the very last one in the complex and it faces the parking lot and a marsh area with views of the ponds and ocean to the right of the unit. There was a TV in every room and of course wi fi to keep everyone happy. It's on the third floor but there is an elevator available. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare a meal. The location was great, right across the street from the Wright Brothers Memorial and just 5 minutes from the beach access. Lots of good restaurants and things to do. Great "base" location for exploring the NC OBX!
