Very nice place. There are lots of insects and bees so be careful. Elevator is also very slow, but other than that everything was good on the inside.

Great first OBX experience!!!
This was our first trip to the Outer Banks, and I totally get it, I get the hype. Our house was clean, bright and beautiful. The pool was great. Our kids enjoyed the slide we were 1 mile from the beach, so there’s zero complaints from us. We had a great week of JetSki’s, renting a jeep from Outer Banks jeep rental 8 miles from our condo, we got to see wild horses while driving on Corolla Beach. We had one rainy day and we did a escape room and had an absolute blast. We will definitely be back for more.

Kees is very easy to work with and the units are great. OBX is an awesome place to live and visit. We highly recommend taking some time out to enjoy kayaking on the sound side too.

Escape to OBX is a beautifully appointed home with great views of the sound! Great location, community amenities and love the abundance of nature (egrets, herons, and more that I can't name).

Gas Grill

Clean and spacious!
I was very pleased with our stay. The condo was very spacious and extremely clean which is very important to me. The furnishings were great, the pool was nice, and the location was very convenient. The only negatives would be the bright lights outside of the unit attracts an insane amount of bugs at night and there is no way to turn them off. I will definitely be visiting again.

OBX
We enjoyed the unit we rented. It was as advertised, clean, well equipped kitchen and facilities. Loved the pool and clubhouse. Very conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and a quick drive to several beach entrances.
