Family reunion
The house is very nice. We had everything we needed. Towel for seven and soap for kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. The appliances are new and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. I wish we had time to cook in the big beautiful kitchen. The thermostat worked well and was easy to use. If you have a family getaway, skip the hotel and stay here.

Comfortable and Spacious
Our rental house was perfect for our family. A beautiful kitchen and dining area that was well equipped. Gorgeous backyard views and a nice neighborhood in great location - just off 285 and near stores, restaurants.

A Few Kinks to Work Out
Overall, the place was great but there were a few issues: my wife cut herself badly on one of the bed frames, while getting into bed. The frame is very sharp and needs to be addressed. Maybe it could have been avoided with a bed skirt. There was no hand soap in the house (bathrooms or kitchen) or any laundry detergent. There were not enough towels or dishwasher detergent. There was no tub stopper so we couldn’t put the kids in the tub.

Outstanding Accommodations
This impeccable 2nd floor condo is like brand new as it is beautifully decorator-designed, comfortable and very clean. Photos are very accurate! We are impressed with having every creature comfort you'd want during your vacation: elevator, large balcony, great location, pool, 2 living areas w/ streaming TVs, spacious rooms, well appointed kitchen and bathrooms, new furnishings, large closets, with pillows, linens & towels included. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in C2 in Kill Devil Hills.

This condo was beautifully updated and provided more than enough space for our family of 4. Every room had a Roku tv which was great, and having the laundry room was awesome for wet swimsuits and towels. Excellent stay!!

This room was more than we expected. I love my family buy we all have our wants and needs and it is sometimes difficult to accommodate everyone. This room was everything. Not one complaint aout a single thing.
There was ample space, very clean, comfortable amenities, the pictures didn't do it justice.
We were also grateful for the easy check-in process, all of my questions qere pro.ptly answered via airbnb app, being able to have access to the pool and pier was a great bonus and that the a/c was already on prior to arrival. We will definitely be back. We honestly didn't want to leave. 100 out of 10.

Quiet location and nice unit. The pool wasn’t open yet, and there is some new construction going on across the way, but it didn’t interfere with our enjoyment. This location is centralized for getting to many of the attractions in OBX.

We loved this place! Will definitely be back here again if we come this way again! Lots of walking paths which was great! My family enjoyed the pool. New appliances and updated furniture. Very good upkeep. Clean. Nice big beds and rooms. Nice balcony . Mile and half from beach so you could walk there. Elevator was great for bringing luggage up and down. Good communication with owner. They checked in on us and gave recommendations for where to eat which was a nice touch.

Unit was as described in listing. Close to shops, restaurants, etc. The beach was about a 5 minute drive away. Unit was clean and spacious and the washer/dryer was really nice to have.

This property was as described in the listing. Spacious with all amenities. A small TV problem was dealt with quickly. It is a little far from the beach but there is easy parking and access to the beach so not the problem it would be at some beaches. Very good value for the price.

This is a great condo - we really enjoyed our stay here and loved the Outer Banks! Kill Devil Hills is a great central location - very close to Wright Bros memorial and Jockeys Ridge. The beach is about 1.5 miles away and has easy public access.

Just like home
We loved this condo. Was well appointed and has everything you might need. Very clean and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Excellent walking and running trails. Centrally located to all major attractions, so day trips were easy. Beds were very comfortable (always a plus when away from home!). Great for families needing a getaway. We look forward to our next stay!

No Brainer
Just stayed here last weekend for a wedding I was going to. After comparing the prices from a hotel to this condo it was a no brainer. Place was very nice and clean and updated. Spent most of the time add the beach did not use the pool. Only complaint that I would have is that Waze and Google maps said the place was one street over in the neighborhood . After driving around for about 5 minutes I was able to recognize the building from the picture. Other then that everthing was great!
