PHENOMENAL
We enjoyed our stay. The boys loved the water park/pool. Location is perfect, and it is so quiet and not much traffic at all. The water park/ pool area is never crowded and the deepest the pool gets is 3ft. 6 inches. Perfect for littles and just right for adults who just want to cool off and relax. Everything you need is there in the condo. It is so roomy and cozy. We will 100% be back in the near future. In other reviews, some complained about the mattress in the main suite being too firm, although it is, we slept just fine. It is really a preference though. Do not let that deter you from staying here.

Stayed here during July4th holiday weekend. Great place. Very quiet and great amenities. Community pool available to all tenants which makes it really nice for kids who love the water slide. would definitely stay here again. Close enough to everything at OBX with out the hassle and traffic you deal with on the bypass and beach road.

We really enjoyed our stay! The two bedrooms were perfect for our family of four and allowed us to spread out. Our kiddos enjoyed looking out the big windows in the living room and we all enjoyed the view of the pond. Location allowed us to easily travel up north and down south for day trips to see wild horses, explore beaches and lighthouses, and much more! Truly a perfect and very memorable family trip!

OBX Getaway
My family and I stayed at this property August 20-26, 2023. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. The location was perfect! Right in the center of all the action and close for a day trip to Corolla or Hatteras. We spent our time exploring the Outer Banks, lounging by the pool, enjoying the beach and playing games. We all loved our stay and would highly recommend this property. We hope to go back in the future!

Easy, easy, easy!! It was easy to book, easy to get information, easy check-in and check-out. The property was awesome!! The condo was perfect for what we needed! The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. Only thing was you can’t lock the door from the inside, which was worrisome with a toddler. Otherwise, no complaints!

Loved the place and location! We will definitely be back. It was so nice to have the great pool within walking distance for our toddler. I really liked how the condo was accessible to everything, yet a bit removed for privacy.

This place is fabulous! So cute and clean and outrageously spacious. We loved it!
It also has a garage space which was totally unexpected but great and every kitchen utensil you could ever imagine.
Only critique is that if you are traveling with small kids it does NOT have a lock on the inside (no deadbolt or chain lock) and my very short toddler we realized could open the door and walk right out.

Great Stay!
This condo was everything we needed and so much more. It was so clean and roomy. It was a short trip to the beach and right in the center of everything we wanted to do on our short stay! We had a great time during our first trip to the Outer Banks and when we come back, I will definitely want to stay here again!

Great location and nice place
This was a great place to stay, with a perfect location to beaches and the main road for anything you need. We had an amazing time and the only glitch was not being able to locate the proper guest services to rent the kayaks and bikes. We went to a regular kayak rental place, which worked out fine.

Wonderful Location in Kill Devil Hills.
We had a great time at this property! Location is great as it is near almost everything. The pool was perfect with plenty of seating & the water slide was great for all ages. The house states sleeps 4 (as a max) but can easily sleep 6-8 because of the two pull out couches they have. The house was stocked with most items needed to cook, however there was no salt or pepper so we had to buy it and ended up leaving it for the next renters. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely rent from Kees Vacation again!
