We had such a great time and the property was fantastic. The location was close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and beach access. The house was also very well kept and the hosts were extremely kind and always quick to respond! Would go back again in a heartbeat!

Family vacation
The property is exactly as shown. We enjoyed the pool/splash pad area after the beach, especially for our grandsons. Although the kitchen is well equipped, be prepared to bring your own cleaning supplies I.e. sponge, dish soap, dishwasher tabs as none were provided. The trash bins had one bag, but none to replace them. There are no condiments in the pantry, so bring your own. The beds were very comfortable. The Beach was very close and parking was free. Once our grandsons are older, I think I would choose a home on the beach. They provide one set of towels for each occupant. You may want to bring an extra set. We enjoyed our stay and the amount of space we had to spread out. Keep in mind, there are 4 floors. If you are sleeping on the 4th floor, you must climb 48 steps to get there. Not suited for anyone with a mobility issue.

The house is beautiful and spacious. Lots of room to spread out. The kids loved the pool area and the hot tub is a nice touch for adults. The location is great, close to everything, including the beach. Currently there is still construction being done on new units so the grounds are not in perfect condition (if that kind of thing bothers you- we didn’t care). One small thing: Just note that you will need to bring or buy extra paper goods (paper towels, tissues, toilet paper) and dishwasher soap as what is provided is not enough for a long stay for a big group.

This house is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a group of up to 8. The kitch was perfect for our family and we were able to eat home as much as we wanted to. The house was clean and ready for us when we got there. Our family had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

The house was beautiful, well decorated and very comfortable (except for the bed). Bring any spices and must have kitchen items. They had the basic but I brought my own electric skillet, knifes and blender (they had a blender though.) We loved the hot tub, but there is no water hose or out door shower.
The community pool is perfect for littles with a lazy river and a slide for the bigger kids. We played at the pool before check in with no problem at all!! The beach is close with public access, bathroom, and out door shower.

Beautiful vacation home located centrally to all of Nags Head. Great for two families to share. Modern and inviting. The garage, hot tub, laundry, arcade game, multiple bathrooms, awesome pool, and porch were some of our favorite parts. It’s a great place to stay!

This condo is AMAZING! Beautifully decorated, spacious, nice layout, kitchen stocked with basics needed to cook. Hot tub on the back patio was an added bonus and a great way to end the day.
The only mibor negative things I csn say are that you can hear the neighbors at times because it's a condo and there are many many stairs due to the beautiful high ceilings and 4 floors so if anyone has mobility issues it would not be the best.
We couldn't be happier with stay!

Great place! Had a fun family vacation.
Lots of stairs, (especially after a day climbing lighthouses and big hill to Wright Bros. Memorial), but still a great place to stay.

This townhouse was fantastic! The home was exactly as pictured and absolutely spotless. A prior review said that the home was dated compared to the Air AnB pictures and there were scuff marks on the walls but I did not find either of these to be true. The home is beautiful , spacious (much bigger than we expected!), and comfortable. It was outfitted with very we needed for a week including a fully stocked kitchen that we cooked a full thanksgiving meal in! The home is in a quiet neighborhood that my children enjoyed biking through and the trek to the beach was very doable. I would recommend this place!

The Townhouse was immaculate and had great imenities! The location was perfect for a family with small kids. We had access to the great pool area, our own hot tub, awesome kitchen, quick drive to the beach, and a game room. The floor plan worked great for 2 families!

Another great stay in Bermuda Bay. This was our fourth time staying at this property (different homes each time) and it didn't disappoint. The pool is a favorite amongst our family. A short 1 mile walk to the Ocean Bay beach access. Home was clean and had the basic necessities (beach chairs, towels, kitchen utensils.) Great vacay!

This house is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. We loved the extra special touch with decorating the top floor bed in a cute, female welcoming theme for our girls trip weekend! The hot tub was amazing but I wouldn't recommend more than four people for comfort. Awesome location, close to many restaurants and stores. Would book again!

We rented the place for a relaxing girls trip, location is very convenient. Easy short drive to beach and restaurants. The place is extremely well decorated and cleaned. Enough bathrooms for 8 girls to get ready!
