Fin04 Herring Hideaway 1 Queen Standard at Fin N Feather

I got here late in the night and LOVED my little studio by the water!!! I will absolutely be back to stay again! Hot water clean room I felt very comfortable after driving 13 hrs. Thank yall!!!

Always happy with our stay at the Fin N Feather. We love being by the sound, check-in is easy, the room is clean, and it's pet-friendly. This is a no-frills, affordable place to stay when visiting the beach, we have stayed at least 3 times.

Love the view of the sound from the room, always our favorite part of staying here. Clean room with essentials covered. Not far from anything, but away from the crowd. Nice place to stay in the OBX.

Our room looked newly renovated, and was clean. It was a small room with a small bathroom, and kitchenette. Although small it was ideal for our use as a place to lay our head, after exploring and meeting with friends.

Our primary reason for our trip was to enjoy late season fishing (for us, we're from the north), the cleaning crew offered fishing spots that we might enjoy. We did.

Nice, cheaper spot to stay when at the outer banks. Close to manteo and beach accesses. Also recommend the lost colony tasting room on the causeway, Dirt the beertender is the best and you'll feel welcome always.

The room was as pictured and described. But the location and convenience was even better than I could have imagined. The evening I arrived, I sat outside just before sunset and watched a playful river otter pursuing his dinner—and catching it!—just yards from my room in the inn. As a solo traveler, I always felt safe at the inn, indoors and outdoors. Amenities are sparse but exactly as described. Get outside and enjoy the area! And don’t miss sunset at Jockey’s Ridge State Park!
