NEW TO KEES FOR 2023! Nestled amongst the private lots of The Currituck Club in Corolla, Sounds Delightful is the perfect vacation rental! In this 5-Bedroom home with a pool, hot tub and plenty of deck area, you will find nothing but peace and relaxation!

On the first level, you will find a private pool, hot tub, and an outdoor shower. Hang out for a while and watch the flat screen tv while you relax in the hot tub. If you bring games to play, there is a fenced backyard for your enjoyment! Don't forget to grab some grub at the grocery store to cook on the gas grill. Also, on this level, you will find a Pyramid Bunk Room, 2 Queen bedrooms, and a shared full bathroom. The group can draw straws to see who will get the Queen En Suite with deck access that is also on this level! If you want clean towels while on vacation, enjoy the washer and dryer there for your use. There is also an office with deck access on this level - instead of working, maybe you can do a jigsaw puzzle!

Inside the garage, challenge your family and friends to a game of ping pong or play some card games at the card table. There is also a couch and tv for extra enjoyment!

Heading up to the second level, you'll find bright beachy colors decorating the living area with the comfortable sectional sofa, chairs and flat screen tv. In the off season, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace. The kitchen is sure to please everyone with its size and space and modern appliances. There is bar seating as well. Head to the dining room table and enjoy meals as a group. There is a half bathroom on this level for convenience and deck access abounds! For the guest who wants to get to the coffee first, they should stay in the King En Suite on this level. This bedroom also has deck access.

The prestigious Currituck Club offers amenities that are sure to please the whole family. For the golfers, there's the 18-hole golf course designed by Rees Jones himself. There are also volleyball, basketball and tennis courts so bring your A-Game. Other special amenities include a fitness center, community pool and a beach trolley. For access to community amenities, guests can pick up wristbands at the tiki bar or at the fitness center office.

Sounds Delightful is located in an ideal location close to Harris Teeter, Timbuck II Shopping Village, lots of restaurants and shops.

There are five parking spaces for guests. No on street parking. No campers, trailers, boats, or other recreational vehicles may be parked in the community. Fishing in the golf course ponds is prohibited.

**For your safety and security, the exterior of this home is monitored by cameras and sensors. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the devices in any way is a violation of our house rules and additional charges may apply.**.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day and close after Labor Day. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. Heated Pools are heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. A pool heat fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

Check-Out is 10am.
