Summer House is a pet-friendly 4-bedroom rental that will become your ideal vacation spot. Located in the Osprey CommunityiIn the popular town of Duck, this property is secluded (corner lot in a cul-de-sac), yet only 0.2 miles to the beach as well as close to all of the amenities that Duck has to offer including the popular Town Park and Boardwalk which takes you to restaurants and shopping. There is a community pool for your use as well that the owners have set up for all of their guests.

On the third level of this home, you will find a large great room where there is plenty of room for all. You might find some of the group in the living area enjoying the gas fireplace and some of the group in the separate sitting area. Grab a seat at one of the bar stools while you chat with the chef of the group while he or she is preparing the meal in the fully equipped equipment. There will be plenty of seating in the dining area as well.

One other feature of this property is the Shipwatch loft off of the Great Room. Grab a book and curl up on the sleeper sofa or catch a glimpse of the stars brightening up the sky. Walking outside the great room, you will be amazed by the vast space that the decks have here. Make sure you get up in time to catch one of the fabulous Outer Banks sunrises.

All of the bedrooms at Summer House are En Suites, meaning they all have a private bathroom. You can also enjoy deck access from the bedrooms. Guests can choose from 2 King En Suites, 1 Queen En Suite, or a bedroom with a Twin over Twin Bunkbed.

Summer House is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.
