Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills, this pet-friendly, two-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath condo is perfect for short and long stays! Malibu Sunset offers convenience, comfort, and proximity to all the best shops, bars, restaurants, attractions, and beaches in the Outer Banks!

The first level of this property includes a hot tub for pure relaxation, a den to hang out and mingle as well as the garage. Feel free to house your beach gear here so it's ready for the next day.

Venture upstairs to the open floor plan second level which includes a new, modern full kitchen with bar stool seating, the comfy living area and a dining table to enjoy meals or cards games as a group. There is also a half bathroom on this level for convenience.

Up on the third level is where you will find the comfortable sleeping accommodations. Both bedrooms are En Suites which allows guests their own bathroom! Guests can choose between the King En Suite or the Pyramid Bunk En Suite room.

Malibu Sunset has everything you need for your next big outer banks vacation. From the gas grill and hot tub area and entertainment floor to the cozy open floor plan, there is enough space for just about everyone.

The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for enjoying sunset viewing and quiet vacationing. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this wonderful resort include a lazy river, sparkling pools, a fun splash pad with various water features lots of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a fitness center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and fitness center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier perfect for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.

Guests can explore the area and nearby attractions including the Wright Brothers National Monument, the historic Bodie Island Lighthouse, Roanoke Island Festival Park, and easy day trips to Hatteras Island, Duck, and Corolla.

Malibu Sunset is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

This property has 2 parking spots for guests: one in the garage and one in the driveway. (Guests are permitted access to the garage.) Please note that there are also several first-come, first-served visitor parking spots..

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19. Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

Check-In begins at 4PM. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
