Now Hiring Owner Services Coordinator

SUMMARY: Owner Services Coordinator reports directly to the Owner Services Manager, to ensure all our owners’ expectations are identified and addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible. They will handle daily owner communication via both email and telephone, as well as processing work orders, resolving owner concerns and most importantly, establishing a lasting impression. NCRE license is preferred but KEES will share the costs of obtaining that license for the right candidate (outside of work hours)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Investigate and reply to owner inquiries in a timely manner.
  2. Data entry
  3. New owner onboarding tasks
  4. Update new owner spreadsheets and keep information current.
  5. Communicate clearly with other departments on multiple platforms.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements.
  7. Owner follow up.
  8. Field visits when needed (Corolla to Salvo)
  9. Assist Owners and Logistics with damage claims.
  10. Audit, keep updated calendars, spread sheets, credit card statements, work orders, reports, and Pool/Spa vendor communication and reports.
  11. Communicate capital improvement projects. Coordinate and follow to completion as needed.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  1. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires walking, standing, and sitting for the entire shift. The ability to perform physical labor: lifting up to 50 pounds (occasionally). Dexterity in reaching, bending, climbing, and stretching. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends and holidays.
  2. ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: Outdoors 25% of the time.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  1. Time Management work on a scheduled timeline. Must be able to execute job tasks efficiently and effectively.
  2. Effective Communication- Must communicate in a timely, effective, and in appropriate time and manner. Communication will be conducted through various apps, phone calls and text, and in person.
  3. Adaptability-must be able to respond quickly to changes in routines, schedules, and weather conditions.
  4. Proficient computer skills: Using emails for effective communication, writing, and editing in Microsoft 365(and various other programs), searching for information in google, and creating Excel spreadsheets.
  5. Work Specific- must have skills and ability pertaining to customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. 18 years of age or older
  2. Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  3. Must have a valid and current driver’s license and dependable transportation.
  4. 1 year experience in customer service
  5. Have a reliable cell phone to use for communication via phone calls, text, and various apps.
  6. NCREC Broker License Preferred (assistance provided for right candidate if unlicensed)
