Now Hiring Guest Services Supervisor

    KEES Travel is looking for a Guest Services Supervisor to ensure our clients receive a welcoming and pleasant booking experience, as well as a comfortable stay.

    The KEES Guest Services Supervisor’s responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, coordinating the guest experience process from initial contact to check-ins to departure. In addition to the processes, the Guest Services Supervisor will lead the department to ensure all Guest Services Agents offer stellar customer service and provide memorable hospitality experiences for our guests.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay
    • Ensure clients are provided proper communication and information upon their arrival
    • Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in
    • Coordinate add on services
    • Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions
    • Promptly address guests’ requests, such as early arrivals or pool heating
    • Actively listen to and resolve complaints in a timely manner
    • Ensure all guests receive personalized services
    • Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns
    • Inform clients of our signature services, including daily housekeeping, cabana service, etc.
    • Promote all amenities, conveniences and programs offered
    • Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress
    • Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-see
    • Establish friendly relationships with regular clients
    • Reports directly to the Guest Services Manager
    • Implementing new training and business structures in coordination with upper management


    If you have previous hospitality experience and are familiar with hotel and/or vacation rental procedures, we’d like to meet you. Our ideal candidates have a flair for communication, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $18.00/hour
