Guest Services Position Available

    Responsibilities

    • Answer inquiries and provide information about goods and services via phone and or email
    • Update customer accounts
    • Process customer requests
    • Convert inquires to confirmed reservations
    • Investigate customer complaints
    • Data Entry
    • Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay
    • Ensure clients are provided proper communication and information upon their arrival

    Education

    • High School Diploma (required)

    • Detail-oriented
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Evaluates situations effectively and with minimal supervision
    • Good listening skills
    • Effective time management
    • Shows empathy under all circumstances
    • Ability to work in high-stress situations
    • Intermediate computer skills (Office 365, Word, Excel, etc)
    • Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
    • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
    • Ability to work flexible hours to include weekends, holidays and on-call
    • Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation

    Ability to work 8 hours shifts on weekends, weekdays, and holidays with open availability

    Pay: $15/hr
