Welcome to Blue Duck on Walnut Island!


This studio-style tiny house offers the perfect waterfront getaway with a Queen bed! Located in Grandy, North Carolina, just 18 miles from the beaches of Kitty Hawk.


On the bottom level of this tiny house, you can find the well-equipped kitchen, the living area and the full bathroom. The kitchen has everything needed to cook a delicious meal. Relax on the couch and enjoy a good book or dive into a movie of your choice on the flat-screen TV. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use on this level. Head up the stairs to the fun loft area, where the Queen bed is located. Additionally, there is a second loft up the ladder with a Full futon bed.


Use the charcoal grill located outside for those exciting evening barbeques. Wait for the sun to go down to lay in the grass for a night of stargazing and hope to see a rare shooting star.


This tiny house packs big fun! Grandy is away from the hustle and bustle of the beach and this town offers plenty of adventures of its own! Close by there is the Carolina Club, a popular golf course to visitors and locals alike. Sanctuary Vineyards, which features wine tastings of some of North Carolina's finest wines. Visit Digger's Dungeon to see the famous Grave Digger monster truck or splash around at the H2OBX Waterpark.


Blue Duck is conveniently located near the Grandy Greenhouse and Farm Market, where you can pick out your favorite fresh foods or there is a Food Lion down the road. Additionally, there are amazing restaurants close by, stores and Blue Duck is within driving distance to the beaches of the Outer Banks.

**Blue Duck is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.**

Hidden Gem !
This little house is a hidden gem in the outer banks, the house is waterfront so you can fish from your back yard, the inside is pristine ! I fully recommended specially in this times .Absolutely stunning for simple people !
