This BRAND NEW 4-Bedroom, 3-and-a-half bath home is located in the desirable Southern Shores area of the Outer Banks. The beautiful decor, modern touches to this house (check out those lovely floors!) and the spaciousness will allow you to enjoy the best vacation ever! The beach is close by and by being in Southern Shores, you are close to great restaurants, shopping, and activities.
Guests at this home will be able to enjoy all of the amenities of the Southern Shores Civic Association. This includes access to all 33 beach access walkways and dune crossovers in Southern Shores. Also, this property is steps away from the intersection at Hillcrest Drive and a short 5-minute walk to the beach parking area which has 2 showers, toilets, a gazebo, benches and a viewing platform. Both the beach and viewing platform are wheelchair accessible. A volleyball court has been constructed at this site as well. Please also enjoy the Soundview Park on North Dogwood Trail which includes a children's playground, picnic tables, charcoal grill, bocce ball court, horseshoe pit, park benches, a kayak launching platform and a relaxing sandy beach. You will also be able to visit the Sunset Platform on North Dogwood Trail includes a seating area overlooking a sandy beach, a great spot for sunset viewings!
On the first level, there is a Full-size Bedroom, Full Hall Bathroom, and a washer and dryer.
Step on up to the second level and you will find a King En Suite, a lovely kitchen area with an island, the Living Room, Dining Area, and Half Bathroom. The modern beachy feel of this home will provide complete relaxation for everyone.
Continue upstairs to the third level and find a Queen Bedroom, 2 Twin Bedrooms w/ 2 Trundles, and a Jack and Jill Full Bathroom. There is plenty of sleeping space and several options for where to sleep!
Enjoy the comfortable and welcoming furniture on the new expansive deck. Grab a book and your favorite beverage while you listen to the tranquility of the Outer Banks. You'll be nestled amongst the trees giving you a complete feeling of relaxation and a sense of privacy. Enjoy the outdoor table to gather and enjoy a great meal with your group.
Spend the night hanging out in the backyard in the comfortable Adirondack chairs and firepit, a picnic table, and a charcoal grill for the grill master in the group. There is an extra covered picnic table to enjoy as well.
Rinse the beach or lotion off your body in the outdoor shower.
This property has 3 parking spots for guests.
Check-In begins at 4pm.Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

Look no further. Brand new with everything you could ever need. 2 blocks to beach. What we loved was being surrounded by trees! Yes the house is right on the main road but this was not not an issue as the house is set back quite a bit. Nice outdoor grill and fire pit. Very close to Duck and the sound for amazing sunsets. Having stayed in outer banks for over 30 years, this was absolutely the best experience yet. Great split up house where you can find privacy and gather as well. The back porch is quiet, private, and so relaxing. We will be back.

The Sea Glass Shack is brand new and is well laid out. The location and setting is great, surrounded by trees, is very private. Beds were great and kitchen is very nice, cabinetry is wonderfully thought out and and pretty color. We appreciate the starter kits for soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, toilet paper and laundry detergent. So helpful! Loved this house and will look to book again.

One of the nicer places we have stayed in OBX. Great location near Duck restaurants, shops and lovely boardwalk along the sound. Beach access is walkable, but rental comes with permit to park right in front of the entrance if you have kids and don’t want to lug all your stuff across the street. Beach entry is very family friendly with showers and a ramp for beach carts/strollers etc. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo and brand new. We really enjoyed our stay. Missing a few items like coffee maker and blender, probably because it's brand new, but otherwise very well appointed. Great private location with no real visible neighbors yet walkable to the beach. Southern shores is a great spot for quiet location but restaurants and shops in easy drive.
