Step out onto your second-floor balcony and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. The pleasant Kitty Hawk Bay is right down the road and the glimmering ocean beyond is just three blocks away. You can almost hear the waves rushing in and out in their never-ending rhythm.
This sound-side home includes 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a bonus room for the whole family to come enjoy the Outer Banks. Its ideal location puts you right in the center of all Kill Devil Hills action. You're just minutes from all of your favorite restaurants, shops, activities and amenities.
With a homey design, you can park your car in the car port and head upstairs to the second floor great room. Your entire group will love hanging out in this cozy and comfortable space. With an incredible kitchen, updated with all new appliances for 2020, you might just find yourselves clamoring over who gets to create the first masterpiece there! Plenty of seating invites the whole family to sit around the dining table for your delicious meal. This level also includes 1 Queen Master bedroom with ensuite full bath, and 1 Queen bedroom that includes a convenient pack and play for the younger family members. You will also find 1 Full bedroom on the second level.
Head down to the first level to enjoy the fun living area that includes a Queen sleeper sofa, twin over full bunk, a foosball table and flatscreen smart tv! An additional bedroom with a twin over full bunk set is also available to provide your family with comfortable and private sleeping arrangements.
Birds Nest Too boasts an extra recreational space in its standalone shed. Play a game of pool together or grab the cornhole platforms for a great game in the backyard.
To top it off, 2020 has seen a myriad of upgrades to this lovely home! This upgrades include: fresh paint throughout the upstairs, all new stainless steel appliances including a washer and dryer, a renovation and new paint job for the deck, a new outdoor table which can seat up to four, the addition of a twin over full bunk in the bonus room, additional seating which has been added to the living room, new master bedroom furniture, all new smart TVs (Now every bedroom has one!) and landscaping upgrades. **Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day.**
