Nestled against the dune line in Hatteras, this 10-bedroom oceanfront rental with elevator allows for the ultimate OBX vacation! Offering breathtaking ocean views, a private heated pool and hot tub, a home theater room with stadium seating, and a game room featuring both billiard and shuffleboard tables, this home is the perfect property for your Hatteras Island stay.
As an oceanfront home, this vacation rental has incredible beach access to and from the house. Don't forget your pet on your Outer Banks vacation, Aqua Sol is also pet-friendly and the beaches on the island are perfect for daily walks and runs.
Offering KEES' FlexStay program, you're able to choose your own vacation check-in or check-out dates at no additional cost!
If you're looking to get out and explore the barrier islands, this home is well-within driving distance to area attractions like the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum. Take a ferry ride south for a day trip to Ocracoke Island, or head north to explore the tri-villages of Rodanthe, Waves, and Salvo. Spend the mornings kiteboarding or fishing, just make sure to lounge away your afternoons at Aqua Sol!
This property has 10 parking spots for guests.
**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**
**Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.
This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**
**Aqua Sol is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.**
**Specials events are welcome at this home! For an additional fee plus tax, you and your party can host a special event. All events require approval via Event Addendum. Please contact KEES for details and arrangements for your special event reservation. Fees vary by property. Please contact Guest Services for more information.**

Our whole family from the Midwest & East Coast were able to spend Thanksgiving together. The home & location was beautiful. A very comfortable atmosphere and everyone was able to relax and enjoy the long Holiday Weekend together.

The property was exceptional and everyone thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities available. It offered something for everyone, from adults to kids. The pictures don't do this place justice. It is a huge place that comfortably fits large parties up to 18 adults. The beach is literally in the back yard. Make good use of the massive kitchen and open floor plan and deck. We will be back!

Wow!! The listing doesn't even do the property justice. We not only stayed here for a week with our friends, but we also actually had our wedding here. The house us massive and the view cannot be beat. Kees was absolutely great to work with, and they were incredibly quick to respond. I would highly recommend!

Twenty in our group and we had an amazing week. We lucked out with a fabulous chef in our group. Kitchen was perfect for this large group and enough dishes and utensils and bakeware for large groups. We brought our own ice cream maker and made delicious peach ice cream. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Many enjoyed the game room. Guys went out for a charter fishing trip and caught wahoo and yellow fin tuna and barracuda. Also enjoyed a sunset cruise with same charter boats. House has plenty of room for 20 people and wonderful views from top floor kitchen, dining and living room. Parking was adequate for our 9 or 10 vehicles. We had a wonderful time right there at the house. Some did some sightseeing while others were content to stay at the house to enjoy the pool and ocean. We did opt to rent an additional tent and 6 chairs from the company who supplied one tent and 6 chairs with the house for the beach everyday. Q: Hi. I was wondering about the floor plan. Which bedrooms on which level?A:There are 2 King En Suites on the second level, 4 King En Suites and a Pyramid Bunk En suite on the third level, and 2 King En Suites on the fourth level.
Q: Hi looking at pictures it is hard to tell- does the house have direct beach access or do you have to go to a public beach access point to get to the beach?A:The beach is accessed via the boardwalk over the dunes using the rear gate in the back yard.
