New to KEES for 2023! Are you ready to spend your next OBX Vacation in an oasis on Hatteras Island? Island Oasis is waiting for you! This is a six-bedroom, pet-friendly oceanside rental in the Village of Salvo. Thoughtfully designed and meticulously maintained, this vacation home is not only stunning, but it boasts exceptional water-to-water views allowing for gorgeous panoramic skies that capture both the sunrise and sunset.

Enjoy easy beach access, a private pool and hot tub, and a recreation room with both a billiards and shuffleboard table, wet bar with full refrigerator and a lounge area with a tv while staying here. As a bonus, this property is enrolled in KEES' FlexStay program, meaning you're able to choose your own vacation check-in or check-out dates at no additional cost!

Centrally located within the tri-villages, Island Oasis is well-within driving distance to area attractions like the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum. Head further south to enjoy a day trip to Ocracoke Island, or head north to explore both Bodie and Roanoke Islands.

Island Oasis is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Heated Pools are heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. A pool heat fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

Check-Out is 10am.
