Home is very nice and comfortable, kitchen has been beautifully updated! The rest of the home might need some updates in the future. It was very close to the beach with a fun little sandy trail only a two min walk. Pool and hot tub well maintained

Great stay with nice access to the beach. Great kitchen for cooking and nicely stock with all the cooking utensils you could possibly need. The hot tub and pool were a nice bonus. It’s a little dated but it was clean and comfortable

Comfortable stay
Me and my family had a great time. The house and the surroundings are clean, and also the pool. I love that we can use the jacuzzi, that was a plus and everyone enjoyed it. The beach was a short but a tough walk because of the hill but it was just fine. There was a small grocery store and an ice cream shop nearby so that was really good. The community was really quiet during the night time we didn’t have any issues. The only issue that we had was that the room on the main floor where the kitchen was, wasn’t made. There wasn’t any sheets on the bed and comforter. We were thinking that the person making the bed just forgot about it, because everything else was made/ all the bedrooms, it was just that room. So that was the only issue that we had, and that was where my mom and dad stayed. So they were kinda upset. We cannot find any extra linens and we tried to contact the house keeping, unfortunately they said that they cannot provide any. Overall, we love the house and we recommend this house. It’s really beautiful and comfortable.

Great place. Very spacious, lots of useful kitchen gadgets and utensils, plates, cups, bowls, silverware, cookware, etc. Location was great, good parking for two cars, at least but will accommodate 2-3 more. Easy access to beach. Pool and hot tub are good additions. We even saw deer from the back deck.

Older well maintained home. Well stocked kitchen. Only one PT roll provided and only one TP per bathroom so bring extras. Great house set up. There are a lot of stairs!… got elderly mom up the stairs and luckily there is a bedroom/bathroom on the main level so worked well. But the stairs are problematic for elderly. Great walk over dunes to nice beach.

The location of this house is beautiful. The beach is just 3 mins walk past the dunes and has no crowd. We were friends and families with infants staying at this house and received the house clean and tidy. The pool and hot tub was fun. Watching sunrise from the patio every morning over the sea was a treat to our eyes and we loved staying at this place. The only difficulty we experienced was that the door was too complicated to unlock and the Kees authorities tried to assist over call but in vain. They did assure to send some help but that took long, meanwhile we figured out the mechanism to open the door. Rest of the stay was easy and relaxing.

Absolutely beautiful beach house. Perfect for vacation with my husband’s family. We all had our own bathroom. Beautiful kitchen and dining room. We all fit at the table! Loved the pool and hot tub. Comfortably beds! The dunes are a bit of a walk and block the ocean view on the first and second floor. But they are beautiful and do offer privacy once you come down to the beach.

Wow! What a fantastic place. We were a group of three families with little kids that stayed here recently and we had an amazing time. Kees responded to all our questions within a few hours and checkin was a breeze. The location of this rental home was the best part. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is in the last row of homes facing the sand dunes/beach. You just walk out of the backyard where the pool and hot tub are, into the sand dunes, and onto the beach. It is your own private entrance. It takes approximately 3-4 minutes of walking on the sand dunes from the back yard to get to the beach, and then another 3-4 minutes on the beach to get to the water. We spent time on the deck during sunrise/morning, and again in the evening. It is quiet except for the sounds of the waves and birds and so calming staring out into the ocean. The swimming pool was still quiet cold when we visited in April but the kids did enjoy some quick dips. We all enjoyed the hot tub though. Everything on the property was well maintained and clean and we could not have had a better stay. We spent a lot of time on the beach (not water as it was still cold). Bring sand toys for kids as they will spend hours digging, beach chairs for adults, and kites as the wind was strong enough to get them up high. We also saw dozens of dolphins on our last day and hundreds of thousands of migratory or daily commuting black sea birds one evening. We look forward to coming back again some day.

Absolutely beautiful space, the pictures do not do it justice! The house was clean and had all the amenities needed and more. Beautiful and secluded beach area. Having the pool and hot tub were also wonderful for when we wanted to get out of the sand. I would book this again for sure!

Our stay was lovely! It was a nice house with everything we needed. Between the beach access to the pool and hot tub, we didn't require any other entertainment for our quiet, relaxing vacation. We are extremely happy with our stay and would consider coming back!

The only thing u r missing is an umbrella for the pool so there is some shade and maybe one more chair.
