As the owner of a vacation rental company in another resort destination, KEES did an excellent job from start to finish with our reservation. The communication from when we first booked to check-in and check-out was all very smooth. We stayed at the Coastal LegaSea property and it was everything we expected and more. Beautiful home, great location, very clean. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again next year!

House (Coastal Legasea) was perfect for our group. Everyone had a nice time, and the property has all the amenities you look for to make things convenient - pool, ice machine, theatre room, etc. More expensive than a lot of other properties, but it was worth it and they do keep up on the place even though rental houses are obviously high traffic places. I would rent again.

We filled every room with immediate and extended family. While there were many people, the house had something for everyone - inside and outside - with the perfect amount of space to stay connected while not being on top of each other. We were very pleased.

We loved our stay, the house was gorgeous. We used the heated pool daily - perfect for April. The house was so well thought out for multiple family’s. It had 3 refrigerators, two dishwashers, so many built in trash cans. Every bedroom having a bathroom was really nice. One day the pool filter was giving a hard time, within hours of reaching out they sent someone to fix it. We hope to go back every year.

This house is amazing for large groups, it’s beautiful! Lots to do and location is great! The grill really needs to be replaced, but other than that I highly recommend!

I absolutely loved this place!! Didn't want to leave!! They had everything! The ice machine was a huge bonus!! Tons of room for food. Only con is they didn't have extra blankets so if you have guests that get chilly there isn't thick quilts on beds and you will need to bring extra blankets

Kees was responsive and helpful when questions were asked. We had no problems whatsoever. The house/property are well thought out-so accommodating with features like kiddie side of the pool, shaded cabana area near pool, well-designed common spaces, balconies galore. It was amazing. The view from the upper floor was beautiful and the location worked out great. Loved it!

I would absolutely recommend this house. My family and I had a blast. The only 2 complaints I have is the dust underneath the beds and the bedding for the bunk bed room had to be put onto the beds. I'm unsure if the cleaning ladies forgot to make those beds. Overall this is a beautiful house to make memories with loved ones!

The house was great for our large gathering. We made dinner at home every night and had everything we needed. Everyone loved the arcade game table, shuffleboard, and gathering spaces. Walkability was also great- could walk to grocery stores, large playground, and restaurants

Great House
This home is a great house for a large group of friends or family. Decor is delightfully modern but very comfortable. Pool area open and plenty of room for relaxing and a game of cornhole. Large eat in kitchen with seating for all. I highly recommend spending your vacation in this beautiful home that has all the amenities you would ever need!
