New to KEES for 2023! This spacious and bright - completely renovated end unit condo is located in Buccaneer Village at Pirate's Cove Resort and Marina on the causeway. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a separate sitting room with a fold-out couch, new hardwood floors, quartz countertops, and stainless appliances. Guests can access all the amenities of Pirate's Cove - seasonal community pool and hot tub, playground, restaurant, seasonal tiki bar, boat slip rental available, and onshore and offshore fishing

The condo is an end unit located on the 3rd floor with all new furniture, fixtures, and appliances. The Master bedroom features a queen bed with an En Suite full bathroom. Additional bedroom has an adjacent full bath in the hallway and there is a separate sitting area with a full-size fold-out couch that closes off for privacy. High quality cotton towels and sheets and comfortable high-end mattresses in the bedrooms. All living areas and bedrooms feature Roku streaming TVs. (You must use your own accounts for streaming services.) The patio has an electric grill for outdoor cooking. (Gas and charcoal grills are NOT permitted.) Enjoy water views and amazing sunrises and sunsets, walking the docks. Charter fishing is available on site or just enjoy watching the boats come in with the day's catch.

Pirate's Cove is a full-service marina and resort. There is a community pool and hot tub, playground, tennis courts, fitness center, and endless boardwalks and docks to walk and enjoy water views.

Please note that this unit does not have covered parking. Boat trailers are not permitted, but there is an off-site pay lot for your trailer if you are bringing a boat. The unit does not include a slip or dock access but a rental may be obtained from the marina. Please contact them in advance if you are bringing a boat.

Guests must provide license plate numbers for all vehicles in advance of check-in in order to get parking permits and access in and out of the gated community. This unit does NOT have covered parking. There is a 2-vehicle maximum for the unit. (This includes golf carts.)

One small, adult and housetrained, well-socialized dog 25lbs or less is permitted with pet fee and advance permission. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet and the breed/size when booking. For a small one-time fee of $135, you can bring one dog to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only. Pets must be leashed at all times in the community, and you must pick up any waste.

Bed linens, pillows, and one set of bath towels per person are provided. Beach and pool towels are guests' responsibility.

TVs are streaming only, and you must use your own accounts to log in and access streaming services at this time.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day and close after Labor Day. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Check-In begins at 4PM. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
