This semi-oceanfront condominium provides guests with comfy furnishings, stainless steel appliances, LVP flooring, and modern coastal decor to relax after a long day of adventures in the OBX. Settle into the King En Suite, with access out to the balcony! The second bedroom features a Twin over Full Bunk, with a Twin Trundle beneath and a private full bathroom. The third bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, with a shared full bathroom that's accessible from inside the bedroom or the hallway. Each of these bedrooms also features cable LCD TVs, as well as new mattresses in every room and an elevator for easy access!

The great room features a light blue, wrap-around sofa and ottoman, along with a single person green patterned chair and another cable LCD TV! The beautiful light wood dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats an additional 4. Finally, the stylish kitchen features beautiful wooden cabinets, an oven and stainless-steel appliances. Both the dining area and the kitchen are adorned with hanging lights to give an extra touch of that modern design charm.

The owners have also gone to great lengths to make countless small enhancements to this condo. New paint has been applied throughout and small touches employed everywhere to make this feel like a home away from home. Whether it's a painting on the wall or flowers on the dining table, it matters to us that our guests receive the most up-to-date experience we can provide. Other amenities, such as the community pool, park-style grill, picnic table and walkway to the beach are all still here as well.
