As you pull into the Bermuda Bay community, you may wonder if you took a wrong turn somewhere and have ended up on a Caribbean Island. The vibrant hues of the homes and the community Pool are bright and cheerful and create a fabulous first impression of your Outer Banks vacation home.

Each member of your family will find something to love as a guest of this wonderful resort. A small water park marks the centerpiece of the community. Sparkling pools, a fun splash pad with various water features, lots of fun toys and plenty of sun loungers create a super fun environment in which the kids will want to spend the whole day! Plus, this is a community that is constantly being updated; the Bay has a new pier constructed as of November 2019, perfect for fishing, launching kayaks or just enjoying the view.

Every member of the family can find something to enjoy here! If you're longing to feel the sand in your toes and simply must visit the beach, it's a very convenient 1.1-mile drive from the Bermuda Bay communities to the beautiful Kill Devil Hills beaches.

Your colorful vacation accommodations will brighten both your day and your spirits! Here, you will enjoy a true rarity on the Outer Banks - your own private garage! In addition, your four-story townhome boasts several covered porches with Adirondack chairs and a dining table, comfortable furnishings and plenty of fun, coastal touches.

Plus, that's not all the outdoors section of this home has to offer! Why not relax after a long day of adventure by having a lovely picnic at the property's gas grill, and, once the food is good and prepared, relax in the bonus sitting area at the home's first level to eat and enjoy each other's company. Afterwards, feel free to head up to the second level, where a full laundry area is ready to prepare your group for the next day of their adventure! This floor also features a King En Suite bedroom as well as a Queen En Suite bedroom!

The third level is where the day's activities will begin. This floor features a main living area and kitchen, all with windows well-positioned to look out across the beautifully colored homes of Cambridge Cove! Sit and enjoy a lovely breakfast, prepared using the kitchenware stocked in the kitchen, and converse with your group about the fantastic adventures you'll enjoy that day on the Outer Banks! Or just relax and regroup on the comfortable furniture, whether you're coming from the second floor or the additional King En Suite bedroom located on the fourth level of this house!

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19. Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

**For your safety and security, the garage entrance to this home is monitored by camera. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the camera device in any way is a violation of our house rules and additional charges may apply.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
